By accessing our website, submitting enquiries, or enrolling a child, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Registration

Only a parent or legal guardian with parental responsibility for a child may apply for admission or register a child at Brain Discovery Global School. As part of the admission process, we may request official documents such as a birth certificate or other relevant records to verify parental responsibility and student eligibility.

2. Security of the Website

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including but not limited to: - Unauthorized access to systems or data - Attempts to breach network security - Introducing malicious code or harmful content

Any such violations may result in civil or criminal liability. Brain Discovery Global School reserves the right to investigate suspected security breaches and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.

3. Acknowledgement & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brain Discovery Global School regarding the use of our services and website.

• These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

4. Personal Property & Belongings

Brain Discovery Global School is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property belonging to parents, guardians, or students, including clothing, bags, toys, or other personal items.

While reasonable care is taken by staff, parents are advised to ensure that all belongings are clearly labeled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brain Discovery Global School shall not be liable for: - Temporary closure of the school due to unforeseen circumstances - Denial or delay of admission for any reason deemed necessary by the school - Any incidents occurring while children are under parental supervision on school premises

6. Accidents, Health & Medical Care

• The school reserves the right to administer basic first aid and emergency medical care when required.
• Parents or guardians will be informed of all accidents and asked to acknowledge accident records.
• In case of a medical emergency requiring hospital treatment, the school will make reasonable attempts to contact parents. If contact is not possible, the school is authorized to act in the best interest of the child and approve necessary emergency treatment.

Medication

Medication will only be administered if a duly completed medicine consent form is submitted by the parent or guardian.

Illness & Communicable Diseases

The school may require parents to temporarily withdraw their child if: - The child is unwell or suffering from a communicable disease - Special medical care is required that cannot be reasonably provided by the school - Continued attendance poses a health risk to other children or staff

Parents must inform the school in advance of any illness, allergies, or medical conditions. The school will strive to support working parents while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between parents/guardians and Brain Discovery Global School. Any prior verbal or written understandings are superseded. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Parent/Guardian Cancellation

• Cancellation requests requiring a refund must be submitted in writing within 14 days of booking or registration via official communication channels.
• Cancellations made after 14 days and up to 5 business days prior to the commencement of a program may be offered rescheduling on an alternative date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or failure to cancel within the stipulated period.

Cancellation by the School

Brain Discovery Global School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or programs due to circumstances including, but not limited to: - Insufficient participation - Infrastructure or resource constraints - Faculty or trainer availability Where possible, parents will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date within 12 months. The school shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs incurred by parents.

9. General Disclaimer

Brain Discovery Global School provides educational services in good faith and strives for excellence. However:

• The school bears no liability for misuse of information or services beyond their intended educational purpose.
• Any third-party trademarks, materials, or services referenced belong to their respective owners.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Protecting Child Privacy

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
