"A school is an abode of enlightenment where we share ideas, dreams, experiences, and build new relations with each passing day.” The job of a teacher like a gardener is to loosen the soil a little, so that the sapling may come out easily, remove weeds that grow nearby, put a hedge around it, ensure that it is not killed and the rest is the manifestation from within its own nature. Each child is an individual and should be given an opportunity according to his own inner nature. There should not be any external pressure of any type on the child. A child’s mind is boundless, his imagination is unlimited, so he should be encouraged to search, seek, probe, investigate, raise questions, and add to his experience each day.

He has been working in the Education Industry for the past 40 years and held many administrative roles. In the same tenure, he has been involved in building the schools from ground-up to the prestigious establishments. This expanse of work has enabled him to understand the dynamics of Educational Institutes inside out. He has profound experience in designing and managing the workflows in such organizations.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sunil Bisht switched to education segment after having served IBM in Australia at top management position over a decade. He post graduated from the University of Southern Queensland. He is an strong entrepreneur and optimistic personality. Mr. Sunil Bist is the Pro Vice Chairman of Brain Discovery Sr. Secondary School, Chidderwala, Uttarakhand.
